Terry Crews Thursday Workout
The Terry Crews Thursday Workout is a Chest, Abs and Cardio Workout. Unless otherwise noted, you always rest for 30 secs between supersets. During a superset, you don’t rest at all. You do 3-4 different exercises without resting. Then, when you’re finally done with that circuit of exercises, you get to rest for 30 seconds before repeating the superset/circuit.
Superset the following 3 exercises:
(Do one set of each exercise in the circuit without stopping. Then, rest 30 seconds before doing one set of each again. Repeat until you’ve done 4 sets of each exercise. In a crowded gym, it may be hard to superset. So, you may have to do them one-at-a-time.)
- Power Clean & Jerk: 4 sets of 10 reps (30 seconds rest between each set)
- Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 10,8,6,4 reps at desired weight (30 seconds rest between sets)
- Incline Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 10,8,6,4 reps at desired weight (30 seconds rest between sets)
Now, Superset these 2 exercises:
(Do one set of each exercise in the circuit without stopping. Then, rest 30 seconds before doing one set of each again. Repeat until you’ve done 4 sets of each exercise. In a crowded gym, it may be hard to superset. So, you may have to do them one-at-a-time.)
4 sets of 10 reps (superset)
- Dumbbell Flys
- Bicep Curls
Finish by doing 1 set of bar dips, followed by 4 sets of Push-Ups. Rest 30 secs between sets of Push-Ups.
- Bar Dips: 1 set of 15 reps
- Push-Ups: 4 sets of 20 reps
Finish the Terry Crews Wednesday Workout with Abs and then Cardio:
- Crunches: 1 set to failure
- Leg Raises: 1 set to failure
- Cardio: 30 minutes treadmill (or 3.5-5 miles) at 7mph
Terry Crews Friday Workout
The Terry Crews Friday Workout is a Legs, Triceps, Abs and Cardio routine. (Do one set of each exercise in the circuit without stopping. Then, rest 30 seconds before doing one set of each again. Repeat until you’ve done 4 sets of each exercise. In a crowded gym, it may be hard to superset. So, you may have to do them one-at-a-time.)
Start with Squats (go up in weight, as you go down in reps).
- Do 4 sets of 10,8,6,4 reps at desired weight (30 seconds rest between each set)
Now do 4 sets of 10 reps of the following exercises in Superset format (30 seconds rest after each Superset):
- Leg Press (Single leg, 10 reps per leg)
- Calf Raises
- Hack Squat
- Close-Grip Bench Press (Barbell, focus on triceps: Perform reps @ 10,8,6, then 4)
- Leg Extensions
Finish the Terry Crews Friday Workout with Abs and Cardio:
- Crunches: 1 set to failure
- Leg Raises: 1 set to failure
- Cardio: 30 minutes treadmill (or 3.5-5 miles) at 7mph

Terry Crews Diet
In an interview with Bodybuilding (first video), Terry Crews shares his diet:
- Apple in the morning
- Takes vitamins
- Protein shake post workout
- Raisins/granola
- Chicken salad
- Protein shake afternoon
- Chicken breast & veggies for dinner
- Beef & rice for dinner (instead)
Regarding the Terry Crews Diet, Crews says he cheats here and there. It’s okay to cheat once in a while, as long as you get back on the wagon. Because he has such an active lifestyle, Crews says he feels it’s okay to cheat on his diet once in a while. If you’re staying active, Terry Crews says, your metabolism will take care of itself.
For The Expendables 2, Terry Crews had a hard time getting everything he needed for his diet. He says:
We made sure we had our chicken breast and we had our vegetables. But, there wasn’t a lot of beef. Over there, in Bulgaria, beef is not a big deal. So, we had to improvise a lot. You know…lots of protein.
