Fat Burning Circuit Workout
Try to get all this done in under 6 minutes. Then, take a 1 minute rest in between rounds.
1) 6 Backward Lunge Leg Lifts*
2) 6 Star jumps
3) 6 Push Ups Leg Raised, Knee Forward.
4) 6 Knee Ups*
