Sexy Bikini Body Cardio Workout
The Sexy Bikini Body Cardio Workout features 3 rounds of fat burning cardio exercises. This light cardio workout can be used as a warm up, workout, or cool-down. It just depends on your fitness level. You can do it as an at-home workout. Or, you can do it outside with friends. Many people just do the first 2 rounds of this cardio workout, as a super-easy warm up.
First Round:
20 seconds active, 10 seconds jogging it out to warm up.
1. Prisoner Jacks
Jumping Jacks but with a bicep curl hand motion.
2. Squat Kicks
Make sure you kick your knees backwards for the full effect.
3. Jump Overs
Jump from side to side.
4. Cherry Pickers
Squat down, touching the ground with one hand.
5. Squat to Side Lift
Kick laterally to work leg and oblique muscles you normally don’t engage
6. Floor Hops
Good way to end the workout, engaging your lower abs and core.
Second Round:
In the second round, go up to 20 seconds of being active, with 10 second of High Knees in between:
Prisoner Jacks / Squat Kicks / Jump Overs / Cherry Pickers / Squat to Side Lift / Floor Hops
Third Round
In the third round, stay at 20 seconds of being active, with 10 second of High Knees in between:
Prisoner Jacks / Squat Kicks / Jump Overs / Cherry Pickers / Squat to Side Lift / Floor Hops
