Ryan Reynolds’ Tuesday workout routine starts with core/abs, and then a chest circuit.
Ab Circuit: 3-4 sets (15-20 reps of each)
Chest Circuit: 3-4 sets (25 reps of each pushup, and 8-12 of each dumbbell exercise)
Ryan Reynolds decided to do his ab routine, every day, before the rest of his workout. This gave him some time to think about the rest of his day. Also, it made sure he wasn’t too worn out, at the end of his workout, to do abs. He says:
