Protein Packed Fruit Salad Ingredients

  • 3 medium oranges
  • 1¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (ground)
  • 1 scoop whey powder
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  •  ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi

Protein Packed Fruit Salad Directions

  1. Section and peel 2 of the oranges.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the third.
  3. Whisk the juice from the orange, protein powder ginger, kiwi, and cottage cheese together.
  4. Spoon cottage cheese into bowls
  5. Top with orange sections, strawberries and blueberries.
  6. Serve chilled.
