Natalie Portman Black Swan Workout Thursday Routine = Inner Thighs Details

  • Swimming (1 mile)
  • Bridge Series
  • Reverse Bridge Series
  • Abs Series
  • Inner Thighs Work (Detailed Below)
  • Outer Thighs Work
  • Arms Work
  • Ballet & Dancing

Inner Thighs Work: 4 sets of 8 reps

For the Inner Thighs series, do 4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise. This workout will continue to work your core, legs and butt. Keep your leg up on the last repetition. Inner Thighs are done by lying on a mat. Relax your upper body, while strengthening your core and legs.

Inner thigh lifts are important to ballerinas, because they do so many movements from a position where the legs are pointed out. Working your inner thighs gives you toned, long and lean legs, and helps to get rid of cellulite.

  • Inner Thigh Lift (see video instructions below)
  • Inner Thigh Lift Pulses (bring leg even higher in the air, and do it faster)
  • Inner Thigh Extensions (go from first through fourth position)
  • Inner Thigh Lift (repeat 1st exercise, again)
  • Inner Thigh Stretch (lay back and bring leg toward your head)
  • Butterfly Inner Thigh Extensions (move legs in and out, while elevated)
