Friday Workout Routine = Aerobics
For the Lauren Conrad workout, do each aerobics exercise for 60 seconds. Do three sets total, with 2 minutes rest between each set.

- Throw Left, Right Punches

I’m not eating ever again!” But, when you come to your senses, Lauren Conrad advises that skipping meals doesn’t make you skinny. Instead, weight loss comes from keeping your metabolism revved up. - Ezekiel Bread
- Apples w/Peanut Butter
- Zucchini ‘Pasta’
- Raw veggies with hummus
