Kate Upton Diet Plan
Kate Upton’s body is the result of a strict diet and rigorous workout schedule. The Kate Upton diet plan, created by David Kirsch, includes the following:
- Consists of a five, small meal, diet plan.
- One meal every three hours.
- Breakfast: Egg whites w/ spinach
- Snack- Thermo Bubbles, Super Greens, kiwi, apples, pears, or a protein shake
- Lunch: 4 oz. chicken over leafy greens
- Quinoa-It’s the “Most Amazing Carbohydrate,” according to her dietician, David Kirsch
- Snack-Nuts, seeds, Thermo Bubbles, Super Greens and/or a protein bar
- Dinner: Salmon or Chicken (Upton can also have any protein that “swims, but wild only”)
- Asparagus (“the ultimate diuretic” – which removes bloating from your body)
The Kate Upon diet also takes advantage of cleanses and special supplements. Her trainer, David Kirsch, has a whole line of products available to the public. Kate Upton is a big fan of the 48 hour cleanse, which she uses before a photo shoot.
She has a very good sense of what she needs to eat for her body.
He goes on to say:
She does a few egg whites with spinach for breakfast, and when she wants to, she does a 48-hour cleanse. She loves my Thermo Bubbles for snacks and my Super Charged Greens.
Kate Upton Uses Supplements
Kate Upton uses supplements and snacks between her meals. This helps to achieve her goal of eating every 3 hours. The supplements that Kate Upton uses for weight loss and energy are made directly by her trainer. David Kirsch (Upton’s trainer) finds it easier to make and market actual products, rather than give celebrities an arcane list of recipes to take home and try to make themselves. The added advantage to Kirsch branding his diet secrets is that they’re available to everyone on Amazon!
Here are the supplements Kate Upton uses as a part of her diet:
Kate Upton uses Thermo Bubbles to recharge in the afternoon. Also known as energy bubbles, this supplement takes the good things from energy drinks, but removes the bad. The pink lemonade blend is the most popular choice. Thermo Bubbles are the way to go if you’re trying to reduce/replace caffeine. Especially, in the afternoon.
Most importantly, Thermo Bubbles are a fat-burner with liver and kidney cleansing antioxidants. These antioxidants come from the Acai berry, milk thistle, and cranberry extract ingredients. Energy bubbles include fiber, appetite-suppressing Chromium Picolinate, and energy-boosting Vitamin B-12.

Kate Upton takes these as part of her weight loss plan for a multitude of reasons. Thermo Bubbles are all-natural, sugar-free, energizing, provide mental focus/clarity, and are gluten-free.
Super Charged Greens
Kate Upton’s diet also includes David Kirsch’s Super Charged Greens. This supplement is an an incredibly nutrient-rich source of fiber, probiotics, enzymes and antioxidants derived from high alkaline vegetables, fruits, grasses and grains. The important thing, again, is that you get the good stuff, without the extra calories and sugar found in other juices.

48-Hour Super Charged Cleanse
The 48-Hour Super Charged Cleanse is something that Kate Upton uses before a photo shoot. She also uses it whenever she needs to lose weight. Her trainer says that she even does it back-to-back before an Sports Illustrated shoot. Detailed further down, Kate Upton also uses a 7-day cleanse routine.

Kate Upton Weight Loss Rules
Kate Upton weight loss rules include limiting carbohydrates. She also stays away from the ABC’s (below). This doesn’t mean that all carbs are bad. Quite the contrary. But, there are some set-in-stone weight loss tricks that you must follow to lose weight.
Our body is so good at storing fat, that you can’t break any of the following rules. Doing so invites the fat-storing mechanisms of the body to go into full-swing. A few rules to follow on the Kate Upton diet:
- No Alcohol
- No Bread
- No Processed Carbs like sugar or pasta (a couple examples of processed carbohydrates, but processed carbs are any carbohydrate that doesn’t grow in the ground–like fruits and vegetables.)
An easy way to remember them: Follow the ABC’s (no Alcohol, no Bread, no processed Carbs). Staying away from these foods is the most important aspect of Kate Upton’s diet and weight loss.
If you are looking for even more weight loss, David Kirsch has his celebrity clients eliminate fruits from their diet. To replace them, you use Thermal Bubbles, Supercharged Greens.
The Problem With Pasta
The problem with pasta is that it’s delicious. But, pasta is also filled with gluten, a nasty protein that affects many more people than we realize. Gluten is something that models avoid like the plague because it causes bloating. Until recently, this is just something that models have to avoid.
So, how does a model get her pasta these days? According to Kate Upton’s dietician, Kate Upton eats Quinoa or Black Bean pasta to avoid gluten. (These foods remove the bloat from gluten, which is what regular pasta has.)
I don’t have her on a specific gluten free, but by the nature of what she eats it is gluten free.
It’s sugar, alcohol, and processed carbs that we avoid. I don’t have her on a specifically gluten-free diet, but by the nature of what she eats, it is gluten free.
David Kirsch says a gluten-free diet is working for his daughters, too:
I have both my daughters on gluten-free diets and you can see the difference. They are only four years old and it definitely changes their mood. You can see that for sure.
Kate Upton Diet Cleanses
Kate Upton uses Diet Cleanses to prepare for her photo shoots. Her trainer talks about these cleanses:
When we started in August, she started out with the 48 Hour Super Charged cleanse, then moved onto the 5 Day Ultimate Detox. Leading up to the shoot in December, she did the 7 Day Cleanse a couple of times.
According to her trainer, Kate Upton’s 7-Day Cleanse looks like this:
- Days 1-2: 48 hour Cleanse (Up above)
- Days 3-7: Diet consisting of Thermo Bubbles, Supercharged Greens and Meal Replacement Protein Plus Shakes (Find on Amazon).
David Kirsch says that his clients typically lose 5-10 lbs. (2-4 kg.), while doing the 7-Day Cleanse. The cleanse has helped many models, actresses and other Kirsch clients with their weight loss goals.
