Apple Ginger Juice Delight Recipe
Julianne shared an Instagram of her favorite juice drink. She calls it the Apple Ginger Juice Delight. The Apple Ginger Juice Delight healthy recipe needs:
- 1 Red/Green Apple (Juiced)
- 3 Small Carrots (Juiced)
- 1 Lemon (Juiced)
- 1/2 inch sliver of ginger (to taste)
- 2 Celery Sticks (Optional)
Apple Ginger Juice Benefits
Apple Ginger Juice has many benefits. The ingredients in the Apple Ginger Juice Delight drink helps boost immunity, cleanse your body of toxins, make your body less acidic, and grants lots of energy. Some recipes call for garlic, apple cider vinegar or honey to increase the juice’s benefits.
Apple Ginger Juice even helps you lose weight. By helping your liver function properly, your body benefits by being able to flush unneeded water. Therefore, the orange juice protects against bloating. Nutritionists praise ginger for helping ease an upset stomach, as well.
The greatest part about the drink isn’t just the taste or that it helps you lose weight, but the fact it gives you energy for days! The added energy allows Julianne Hough to get back to her workouts really quick.
Blending vs. Juicing
If you don’t have a juicer, don’t fret. You can turn this into a smoothie very easily by adding crushed ice or even frozen berries. Juicing is popular because it increases the readily available amount of vitamins.
But, most people get enough of these vitamins already. Plus, blending apple ginger into a smoothie is better if you want to store it for later. If juicing, you have to drink it right away to capitalize on the benefit you get.
