For the Tuesday workout routine, Jennifer Gardner uses equipment created by her trainer. Celebrity trainer Valerie Waters created the Valslide to work her clients abs as they work out. The Valslide ($29 Amazon) works your core by adding instability to the workout.
Total Body Circuit: 2-3 total circuits (do a set of each exercise, then move to the next)
- Skater Lunge x20
- Squat and Press x15
- Bent-over Row x15
- Side Lunges x15
- Push Ups x10
- Ultimate Crunches x15
- Valslide Bodysaw x15

- Glute Bridges x15
- Reverse Crunch x15
- Crunches x20
