- 20 Air Punches

- 10 Burpees
- 10 Raised-Leg bridges

The Fury Road bodyweight workout routine utilizes plyometrics to get fit. These are fast-paced movements done in succession. With the Fury Road bodyweight workout, you can get fit at-home, or anywhere you like.
In the Fury Road bodyweight workout, you do a lot of total body circuit exercises. The focus is on doing this, while maintaining a fast-paced cardio pace. While doing this, you also go through strength exercises that focus your arms, legs and abs.
