Eva Longoria Workout Routine Tuesday

Here’s the Tuesday Eva Longoria Workout Routine. Unless otherwise stated, do 15 reps of each exercise. Warm up with 5-10 minutes of cardio, to get your heart rate going. Looking for a good warm up video? Try doing the first 2 rounds of the Sexy Bikini Body Cardio Workout.

Legs – Do circuit 3 times (1 min rest between sets), 15 reps:

Chest & Back – Do circuit 3 times (1 min rest between sets), 15 reps:

Abs – Go for 30 reps, 3 sets:

Eva Longoria pushes her trainer for new exercises, and he obeys. Sometimes, they will combine the exercises even further, like with a Bosu ball Squat-to-bicep-curl-to-shoulder press, or Medicine-ball Step-up-to-knee-up. Eva Longoria is very knowledgeable herself, though:

I was an aerobics instructor, and a personal trainer in college, so I was addicted to exercise. I used to do an hour and a half a day. I’d teach a class and train clients, and I realized I didn’t need that much.

Eva Longoria Workout Routine Wednesday

Wednesday is the Eva takes a break from circuit training. Instead, she tries new things. She has often been seen outside Pilates, kickboxing, yoga, and ballet studios. Also, like many celebrities, she has recently taken up paddle boarding:

Eva Longoria only has one rule: she has to workout right when she wakes up. Eva Longoria says about morning workouts:

I work out in the morning, when I get up. I have to do it then, if it’s after 11, it just doesn’t happen. I have to get it done when I’m on autopilot, because I hate exercising.

Eva Longoria Workout Routine Thursday

Here’s the Thursday Eva Longoria workout routine. Unless otherwise stated, do 15 reps of each exercise. Warm up with 5-10 minutes of cardio, to get your heart rate going. Do treadmill, elliptical, running in place, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, rowing, or anything to get your heart rate up.

Legs – Do circuit 3 times (1 min rest), 15 reps:

Arms – Do circuit 3 times (1 min rest between sets), 15 reps:

Abs – Go for 30 reps, 3 sets:

Regarding all the “Most Beautiful” lists that Eva Longoria finds herself on, she says about being beautiful:

I always feel flattered, but I hope people perceive me as beautiful in everything I do. In charity, in philanthropy, and political activism.

On being beautiful, Eva Longoria continues to downplay it. Talking to Kim Kardashian, she says:

I was talking to Kim Kardashian about this the other day. I said, ‘You’re the most beautiful thing in the world.’ And Kim said: ‘No, you are [talking to Eva]. And I said, ‘No, I used to be…Honey I’m old news.’

    • Sure, my only concern is if that will get your heart rate up enough. You want to get to at least 120. If you think you can get there, then by all means, do any cardio that you love. Use a weight where you’re fatigued by the last rep (you feel a slight burn/you feel like you can’t do any more, etc.) Thanks!

Hey chris….iv got a HUGE problem,iv got a big bone structure,like my knee caps n shoulders my weight is abt 65kg n I’m 5’55 in height,iv seen the different workouts n I I’ve got a liking to this 1 n the kim kardashian workout,but plz help me in choosing a w0rkout even if its not these two,PLEASE

  4. You’ve picked 2 great workouts. Start with the Eva Longoria workout, as I think it’s a bit easier. Then, graduate to the Kim Kardashian workout when you’re ready. Don’t worry too much about being big boned. A person with a large frame should weigh 10% more than a person with a medium frame. And, a person with a medium frame should weigh 10% more than a person with a small frame. You can find more discussion on being big boned here.

    • She’s great. I have read parts of her book and seen parts of her workouts. There’s a lot of her stuff on youtube, if you want to to check her out there. Her workout videos are pretty cheap, too. I plan on doing more about the stars that work with her in the future. So, plan for that. I just don’t know if it would be valuable to say, “Hey, this star works with Tracy Anderson, so go buy her DVD.” But, that would be my advice to you–to try one of her videos for sure. Let me know if you like it!

  5. I’m reading ders a lot of people complaining that its too much strain for the abs…..or should I just start with eva longorias workout

    • Start with Eva’s. But, also try Tracy’s when you feel your fitness level has increased. Also, if there are abs workouts that feel tough, just take it easy. Maybe skip them altogether at first. Slowly ease your way into any fitness routine. Focus on form and breathing.
