CrossFit Training
CrossFit training is a concept founded by Greg Glassman. It focuses on strength and conditioning through a mixed set of exercises. The key to the workout is that CrossFit training employs “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements” into a complex, but fun workout routine. CrossFit training has gained popularity by being used by a few thousand fire departments, military organizations, and police academies.
