HI! I’m 5’9, 148lbs with about 21% body fat. I want to get lean with more muscle definition and bring the body fat percentage down so the abs look good. Should I follow the Channing workout or the Arrow one? There are so many options that I’m a bit confused.
The best workout for you is the one that you enjoy. That doesn’t mean the one that’s easy–it means the one that you can find yourself sticking to long-term. Try them both, see which one you like. The Channing Tatum workout might be a good place to start. Put your effort into it, then switch when you feel ready for a new program.
