Channing Tatum Tuesday Workout

Here’s the Channing Tatum Tuesday workout. Warm up for 5 minutes by jumping rope, or on the treadmill or the elliptical. After the workout, cool down for 5 minutes by jumping rope, on the treadmill, or the elliptical, as well. All you need for this workout is a set of dumbbells, and any cardio equipment.

30 Minute Circuit – As many sets as possible:

  1. HI! I’m 5’9, 148lbs with about 21% body fat. I want to get lean with more muscle definition and bring the body fat percentage down so the abs look good. Should I follow the Channing workout or the Arrow one? There are so many options that I’m a bit confused.

    • The best workout for you is the one that you enjoy. That doesn’t mean the one that’s easy–it means the one that you can find yourself sticking to long-term. Try them both, see which one you like. The Channing Tatum workout might be a good place to start. Put your effort into it, then switch when you feel ready for a new program.
