Surprisingly, the Channing Tatum workout lasts only 30-45 minutes. Trainer William J. Harris says this is all your body needs. He says the secret to a lean body is proper diet. For Fighter, Channing Tatum was given four exercises per day, to do in a circuit. The catch, is that he had to perform the same circuit, over and over, for 30 minutes
This includes a 5-minute warm up, and a 5-minute cool down in the workout plan. This is to ensure Channing drives his body into the fat burning region (different person to person). Channing Tatum also did 2 hours of fight training for the movie Fighter before performing these workouts.
Channing Tatum Workout Routine Monday
Here’s the Monday Channing Tatum Workout Routine. Warm up for 5 minutes by jogging, on the treadmill, or the elliptical. Cool down for 5 minutes by jogging, on the treadmill, or the elliptical, as well. All you need for this workouts is a set of dumbbells, any desired cardio equipment, and a jump rope.

I want to be the best athlete I can possibly be. When I look at the NFL or the NBA, those guys are how I want to look. Usable, functional muscles. I don’t workout just because ‘I want my chest bigger,’ or because ‘I want to get huge arms.’
