The 3-2-1 workout is fun because of the constant change of pace between weight training, cardio and abs. The 3-2-1 workout is aptly named for having 3 aspects:
- “3” stands for the amount of cardio sessions per workout
- “2” for weight training circuits, and
- “1” abs routine

Here’s the Anne Hathaway workout for Monday. This is the 3-2-1 Workout, created by celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza. Asked during an Extra! interview, if she needed to be in perfect shape for Catwoman, Anne Hathaway responded saying:
It wasn’t about being in perfect shape, it was about being able to do the fighting and the stunts, perfectly.

Advanced: For the cardio, increase the slope incline for a better workout. Also, don’t rest between exercises unless you need to. Starting out, you may need to stop and catch your breath. As you get in better shape, the goal is to get everything done without rest.
When asked about her “Feline Fitness” regime, Anne Hathaway says:
It’s all the boring stuff that no one wants to do. Watch what you eat, and get your butt to the gym.
The 3-2-1 workout routine combines cardio and weight training exercises. The cardio gets your heart rate up, burning fat in the process. While doing strength training exercises, you continue to burn calories. Finally, you finish with an abs workout to tone your core.

Anne Hathaway didn’t always enjoy working out. Like almost all of us, she had an imaginary hurdle preventing her from working out on a regular basis. Anne Hathaway says that starting out:

Friday’s workout uses legs exercises again, making it mostly a lower body workout. The routine also works the arms, shoulders and abs. Recently, Anne Hathaway talked about her body image in Vogue, saying:
I’m turning 30, and I hope this isn’t obnoxious to say, I feel prettier and much more myself. I guess I just feel much more satisfied with less now.
