5 minute bodyweight workout routine
Here is the 5 minute bodyweight workout routine:
- 5 side crunches
- 5 side crunches (alternate side)
- 3 pushups
- In and out Jump Squats
For the ultimate challenge, try to beat Zuzka Light. See how many reps you can do in 5 minutes. Also, if you’ve got the stamina, try increasing to 15 minutes (with 1 minute rest in between) for a tougher workout.
