LeAnn Rimes Bikini Workout

It’s important to switch up your cardio fitness routine. Combating boredom, is much harder than the thin air you’re boxing. Plan ahead of your routine, how you’re going to switch up your punches, and stick to it.

LeAnn says that to get she varies her lifting to get bikini ready. Her workouts range from 6-8 reps on heavy days to 22 reps on light days:

Some days I do heavy weights with only 6 to 8 reps. And, on the other days, I do light weights with 22 reps. I work with dumbbells or a barbell. I don’t know how much I lift anymore. All I know is it’s seriously heavy!

LeAnn says that she battled with her weight as a kid, because she was always on tour. By being alone, she turned to food to feel happy. Around the age of 21, she started working out instead of turning to food for solace. LeAnn says that working out filled the void she once had. Working out with a partner helps too. She no longer eats junk food, because she doesn’t want to spoil her workouts.

Channeling the bad, drama in her life, into the good through cardio boxing and weigh training is something she does 5 days a week. LeAnn can often be found in her LA gym at 6:30 in the morning. Getting up that early consistently clearly shows she’s dedicated. About taking out her aggression in a cardio boxing workout, LeAnn Rimes says

Boxing is one of the best workouts you could possibly do. A two-minute round doesn’t sound like much, but when you’re moving constantly and throwing punches, it wears you out. And boxing workouts really build up your stamina.

LeAnn Rimes has been spotted all over Hollywood, and many beach locations, wearing skimpy bikinis. Some have even labeled her a ‘bikini addict’ because she is always spotted wearing bikinis. Others have criticized her as having Bones Not Abs. LeAnn Rimes has taken that criticism harshly, yet she and he trainers have responded in kind. On her twitter account, LeAnn says:

People are calling me bulimic or anorexic These are real issues and diseases–that I don’t have. What no woman or man needs is anyone telling them they are ‘too fat’ or ‘too skinny.’ That just adds to the many stereotypes out there about a person’s weight.
